'My product does not fall within the scope of any of the listed Directives; do I still need to CE mark my product?'

Regarding CE Marking for our GDI kit. Conclusion from experts are as follows:
-
Our GDI kit do not fall under LVD,EMC and RED because it was designed as a passive circuit (no power supply) that 'acts' like a filter and does not emit any electrical signal or EM wave on its own.
-
The product does not contain any microprocessor.
-
EMF shielded in all aluminium enclosure.
-
Further checking have found that the product does not fall within the scope of any of the other listed Directives.
